ALM XPP MCP is a Model Context Protocol server that indexes the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations codebase and exposes tools to search, analyse and generate X++ code. It is provided by Alim Ben Helal ("we", "us"). It is an independent product: it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft Corporation.
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for everything done through your account and your API tokens. Accounts are personal: API tokens must not be shared, and sharing one is grounds for immediate suspension. Notify us at once if you believe a token has been exposed.
You agree not to:
Usage is metered in credits, consumed per tool call at the rates published in the documentation. Plan allowances, prices and limits are those displayed on the site at the time of subscription. We may change prices for future billing periods with at least 30 days' notice; the change never applies retroactively to a period already paid for. Credits do not carry over between periods unless the plan states otherwise, and unused credits are not refundable.
The service, its index, its tooling and its documentation remain our property. These terms grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service, nothing more.
You keep full ownership of any code, model or document you upload, and of the output generated from it. We acquire no licence over your content beyond what is strictly necessary to operate the service for you. We do not use your content to train models.
The indexed D365 Finance & Operations platform source remains the property of Microsoft Corporation. Access through this service does not grant you any Microsoft licence: you are responsible for holding the Microsoft licences your own use requires.
The service produces suggestions, not certified deliverables. Generated X++ code, metadata and analyses must be reviewed, tested and validated by a qualified developer before any use in a production environment. We accept no liability for code deployed without such review.
We aim for continuous availability but do not currently commit to a contractual service level. The service runs on a single instance, which means that maintenance and deployments cause brief interruptions, and that outside published operating hours the service may be in reduced-power standby and take up to a few minutes to respond to the first request. Current status is published at /status. Where a customer requires a formal availability commitment, it must be agreed separately in writing.
The service is provided "as is", without warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid over the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of data or business interruption. Nothing in this clause limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for gross negligence, wilful misconduct or personal injury.
You may close your account at any time from your dashboard; deletion is irreversible and is described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that presents a security risk, or for which payment has failed, with notice proportionate to the circumstances — immediately in cases of abuse or security risk.
Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Where we process personal data on your behalf as a processor, the Data Processing Agreement applies and forms part of these terms.
We may update these terms. Material changes are notified by email to registered users at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date constitutes acceptance; if you do not accept, you may close your account and receive a pro-rata refund of any prepaid period.
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably will be brought before the competent courts of France. Consumers retain the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.
